My name is Rachel Capocasa and I am an Independent Scheduler/Recruiter. 

I have over seven years experience scheduling. I  worked for a large scheduling firm for over four years and have scheduled many different types of mystery shops and merchandising projects. I also have an extensive retail management background.

I have my own database of over 75,000 mystery shoppers, including Canadian shoppers. I own and operate several websites and message boards.

I am also the founder of a Scheduler Support group, where we network and help each other when needed.

I was voted Independent Scheduler of the Year for 2003 by the National Center for Professional Mystery Shoppers and Merchandisers (http://www.justshop.org). I have also attended two MSPA conferences and one Gold Certification Workshop.

I have a great reputation with both shoppers and MS companies and can provide references.
